Here is some useful information before contacting our reservations team.
Step 1: Decide on your travel dates. Your travel dates should be within the availability period. Pick-up and drop-off for all relocation bookings are on weekdays, between 9:00am and 3:00pm.
Step 2: Up to two (2) additional days can be added to a relocation booking for $100 per day (for Campervans) and $150 per day (for Motorhomes). Additional days are subject to availability.
Step 3: A refundable liability deposit needs to be paid at pick-up of vehicle. It is $1000 for HiTops and $2000 for all other vehicles.
Step 4: Once you are ready to confirm your reservation, please call our reservations team on 1800 538 746 and they will be happy to confirm your reservation over the phone. A $500.00 booking deposit is required to confirm your reservation, the remaining balance will be due on the pick-up date.
